MARK YOUR CALENDAR – TUESDAY, June 11, 2024 – FOR THE PENNSYLVANIA FRATERNAL ALLIANCE LEGISLATIVE LUNCHEON
AT THE CAPITOL IN HARRISBURG
This will be the twelfth year the Pennsylvania Fraternal Alliance has presented the Keystone Legislative Award. This award is presented to a legislator who has supported and promoted the fraternal system and in particular, the work of the Pennsylvania Fraternal Alliance. The award presentation will take place at 1 P.M. Please make the commitment to come to the Capitol and thank the awardee for his support. The luncheon will be from 11:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. outside

It is extremely important that your society is represented at this event. We need to continue to make ourselves VISABLE to the members of the Pennsylvania House and Senate. Only by showing a presence, we can do just that! Remember to send a personal invitation to your legislator to join us on June 11.
As in the past, we are asking for your monetary support for this important event. For a donation of $175, each society will be issued TWO tickets for the legislative luncheon. A small sum if we are to reap the benefits of our contact with the Legislators. Two people from your Society will be able to greet the Legislators and let them know we appreciate them. Additional tickets may be purchased for a nominal fee of $30 per person. The more people we have at the Capitol, the greater the impression we make! Here is the information you will need to join us!

This year's annual meeting will take place at the Hyatt Place Hollywood Casino in Washington, PA Registration is Sunday, October 20, 2024, from 4:15 – 5:00 p.m. in the Hyatt Lobby – Sunday evening is on your own! If you are staying at the hotel, breakfast is included. A separate breakfast for PFA attendees is not planned. Monday and Tuesday breakfast is included at the hotel. Registration on Monday, October 21, 2024, from 8:30 – 9:00 a.m. will be in the Hollywood Casino in the meeting room “Bar-Derby-Preakness”.
